- GET /v1/extract?url=<https url>&max_chars=20000 — fetch a public web page and return clean markdown,
  metadata (title, description, author, published, og:image) and outbound links.
- GET /openapi.json — OpenAPI 3.1 spec

Free tier: 30 requests / 10 min per IP, limit<=5 per source.
